Cast and Crew Bios
Chris Gorman (Paul) is a longtime fan of theatre and film (ask him anything about Fight Club or The Talented Mr. Ripley), Chris brings an unshakable love for storytelling, a sharp eye for character detail, and just the right amount of beginner’s nerves. While he’s new to acting, he’s no stranger to showing up with heart, humor, and a deep respect for the craft. Chris lives in Somerset with his wife Marie, their 2 dogs (Ricky Bobby and Snoop (Dog)) and their 4 horses.
Jacob Walton (Rory) (He/They) is so excited to perform in their first WATERWORKS production! Jacob is a rising sophomore in Theatre Education, Performance, and New Work at James Madison University. This year at JMU Jacob was an understudy for The Antipodes on the Mainstage Theater, an Assistant Stage Manager for Mr. Burns and Nicholas in Marie. You may have seen Jacob in KINKY BOOTS, UNCLE VANYA, THE LIGHTING THIEF and more at LIVE ARTS! Jacob is a counselor for LIVE ARTS in the summer and will be performing in YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN and CORIOLANUS!
Margaret Migas (Lillian) made the transition from usher/bartender to actor last year at her debut Live Arts performance in Stand By to Assist as HR Robot. She performs every day in her 6th grade science classroom where she hopes to shape future generations into kind, flexible people with good taste in music. When she isn't teaching, she enjoys aerial dance, writing poetry, practicing French, and dabbling with watercolor painting.
Justin Guidroz (Director) is excited to work with Live Arts! Originally from New Orleans, he received his B.A in Theatre from Mary Baldwin University. Founder of *NU Productions, he has produced and directed over a dozen original works. Favorite selected credits include Verbatim Verboten, Peter and the Starcatcher, and The Wolves. His next production, Neil Simon’s The Good Doctor, opens this July at Oak Grove Theatre! For more info, please check out his website at www.jguidroz.com
Mike Teverbaugh (Playwright) After 30-plus years writing for television, Mike Teverbaugh began writing plays at the dawn of the pandemic. His plays have been produced or read in London, New York and Los Angeles, as well as other cities throughout the country. Delta Princes is his second play to be selected to the Waterworks Festival, following a staged reading of Unabashedly in 2023. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and TV-writing partner, Linda Teverbaugh.
